[Pharo-project] Smalltalk interactive tutorial in good English

It would be nice if the tutorial would take place in a syntax highlighted workspace (Shout). Just place the text in comments. While the reference to PrStef makes insiders smile I would rather name it "Tutorial" or "Intro".
