[Pharo-dev] Linux VM should be unicode by default

Hi, is there a reason why Unix (Linux) VM is _not_ utf-8 by default? Here's an associated issue https://pharo.fogbugz.com/f/cases/14759/Linux-X11-VM-default-encoding-should... Does Mac share this code (since it's technically unix)? Will it break something? Thanks, Peter
