[Pharo-project] FillInTheBlankMorph and SimpleButtonMorph

      This trigger an error when using FillInTheBlank for exemple.
Doit:
	FillInTheBlankMorph request: 'enter something'

creating an empty method updateVisualState: in SimpleButtonMorph seems  
to solve the problem although.
