We can already add a description in the PackageManifest but the tooling support is missing.
It would be nice to have that appear as a Readme.md at the package level in the filetree format, like classes comment are transcribed. By the way, we have a Pillar to md step. Would we have a md to Pillar converter somewhere? Thierry
