Second, I found bug (maybe) When I on WindowsXP under user with russion name SecurityManager>>loadSecurityKeys failed. Reason is SecurityManager>>primSecureUserDirectory returns abracadabra system path. I inspect it. It is not utf string, It is CP1251 encoded string.
