[Pharo-project] Display Issue on Ubuntu and how to submit and edit a bug report

here is a bug report I just submited with a display bug i have with pharo on ubuntu 12.10 https://pharo.fogbugz.com/default.asp?10222_8dn2i1cl I cant edit my bug report , and I cant find anywhere a way to register an account. Is there anything I am missing, a tutorial maybe ? is my bug report proper ? Is there a way to edit it ? I have read the entry on pharo website and on the fogbuz
