[Pharo-project] I would like to give a try to integrate the Exception changes

so I will do 4 updates and if something bad happen I will rollback all the 4 last updates in a row. I cannot really do otherwise so after 11168 let me some times to try before updating :) After I would like to integrate the buffer filestream changes Stef
