Phew! That's quite a question... Right now I'd say no. But I guess the possibility is there (you might wan to check out Lukas' MonticelloGit package in my Squeaksource project. Not sure what work he's done there.). I'd be happy if my work would contribute into that direction but I don't have the resources at the moment to even think of it.
