There is SmallErp or the project of stefan eggermont. This is just that I believe that issue bills, reports and managing stock is somehow also a large part of business.

Ah, yes, certainly is a possibility.
But I'm thinking in a sort of application to improve some of the functions of one of the big social networks, but is too early to say more :)
