[Pharo-project] Relying on notification for installing classes from the classbuilder looks strnage to me

Hi guys while working with Toon on the classBuilder I realized that the classBuilder uses systemChangeNotifier to declares classes in Smalltalk namespaces (I may be wrong) but this looks fragile to me. Stef
