[Pharo-dev] Phratch on Ubuntu

Dear Community, Thanks to Damien Cassou, Phratch can now be installed on Ubuntu using apt-get. If you are an Ubuntu user on 12.10, 13.10 or 14.04, you can very easily install Phratch.
