Little glitch: refreshIcon method missing and leading to issues. Put this in: refreshIcon ^ icons at: #'refreshIcon' ifAbsentPut:[ Form fromBinaryStream: (Base64MimeConverter mimeDecodeToBytes: self refreshIconContents readStream) ]. Works now.
