E.g. 2322: Cannot type ' (apostrophe) next to an existing character - was marked closed - however the issues was not correctly fixed by the proposed filein (it introduces other related problems).

Mhhhm, either you are able to change the status: field back to accepted, or someone with more privilieges needs to do so. (worked for me at least)
