[Pharo-project] defaultBorderColor and defaultBorderStyle

Styles ( such as #inset, #raised, etc) should be separated out from non-intuitive "defaultBorderColor" methods and consistently replaced with defaultBorderStyle. For example, Slider>>defaultBorderColor is #inset.
