[Pharo-project] Recover last changes and friends are useful menu items

Hi I was checking the clean up of the menus. This is good but the changes...items are really missing to me. Especially the recover from .... We certainly do not need all of the changes related items but some are really important. Then from the windows menu item I would keep and remove Delete both of the above. Stef
