[Pharo-dev] Checking RB rules? manifest browser?

Hi! We have some rules we would like to check against our code (Amber slime rules). How can we do that? Do we need the manifest browser? How to load it? I searched for "manifest" in smalltalkhub and I got no result. Help appreciated.
