[Pharo-project] Custom-Global Exception handlers

Hi! Am I wrong If I say that there is no way to set a custom event handler per * application* in pharo? Let's say I want a different error handling approach for OmniBrowser, the TestRunner and Pharo in general. More over, there is no application idea (or I didn't find it). I think it is healthy to have such handlers to have a single point of error handling... Ideas? Guille
