[Pharo-project] OSProcess bug in Pharo 1.3

Every time I save my image, UnixOSProcessAccessor>>#grimReaperProcess causes 'MessageNotUnderstood: receiver of "wait" is nil'. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.
