[Pharo-project] Error when trying to create a package

When every I try to create a package in the browser, I see an error. Inside OBPackageOrClassNode>>shouldRefresh: the value of "ann event" is nil, so the call to itemKind blows up. I believe I have the latest version of Pharo, with all updates as of a day or two ago. This has been happening for a long time, though. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
