[Pharo-project] PluggableListMorph never receives ctrl/cmd keys

If you put a breakpoint in ScrollPane>>#scrollByKeyboard:, and then type a key into a DropListMorph, the breakpoint will hit unless you were holding down ctrl or cmd.
