[Pharo-project] A pause... for tests and orthogonal concerns

hi guys I was discussing with pavel and I like his point. I would like to do a kind of pause and fix the tests. Improve a bit the fact that we get more tests incrementally to avoid regression. Tell what you think and think how you could help. Stef
