I noted that some packages in ss3 include their own ConfigurationOf in the same repo than the packages. For the moment it is on squeak source. Stef

Re: [Pharo-project] Testing Morphic Designer

by Stéphane Ducasse

We are getting there⦠Did you ever look at the code of both systems? We did :) I like the ui part now there are some reasons why we did not just loaded the code in the systems. But I do not want to go there. Now nobody probably noticed it but we defined a new dualChangerSorter with only 9 little methods to plug together two change sorters based on a model and UI. In english now in the text: yes we can express a model and given a spec we can create a complex widget and yes we can reuse and compose them to build more complex ones. So a Builder is something else than placing widgets on the screen but - reusing specification - been able to open an modify a ui developed with a builder. Spec is for that. On top of spec we (or people) should be able to create UIPlacer. [Pharo-project] Testing Morphic Designer

by Torsten Bergmann

I doubt that Morphic Designer is working ot of the box in Pharo since it was designed for Squeak. However, if you are looking for a UI builder tool for Pharo then check MIT licensed "UI Builder framework" from nullPointer. http://www.squeaksource.com/UIBuilder.html Works AFAIK in 1.1. There are some videos on Youtube about it http://www.youtube.com/results?q=nullpointer+uibuilder&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&t… Bye T. -- NEU: FreePhone 3-fach-Flat mit kostenlosem Smartphone! [Pharo-project] failing FS tests

by Pavel Krivanek

Hi Marcus, there is a lot of new FS failing tests in the update 14381 (also after re-run). Because this tests are not failing on my local machine, I guess the reason is in a strange file named test- in the workspace. I suggest to try to clear workspace before the new build. -- Pavel
