Incredible.....if I run this from a workspace: | default newClass | SystemChangeNotifier uniqueInstance doSilently: [ newClass := Object subclass: #TemporalClassForFuel instanceVariableNames: '' classVariableNames: '' poolDictionaries: '' category: #FOO]. It does not halt in SystemChangeNotifier. But if I do EXACTLY the same but from ClassFactoryForTestCase: newSubclassOf: aClass instanceVariableNames: ivNamesString classVariableNames: classVarsString category: category | default newClass | SystemChangeNotifier uniqueInstance doSilently: [ newClass := Object subclass: #TemporalClassForFuel instanceVariableNames: '' classVariableNames: '' poolDictionaries: '' category: #FOO]. [Pharo-project] The video about Athens

by Igor Stasenko

Hello, all I recorded a small introductory video about Athens. Here it is: http://vimeo.com/40653315 (about 21 minutes). I explain some basic stuff like drawing things using Athens canvas, building paths, use of transformation matrices etc. Please note, this is a first video i ever recorded in such context in my life, so don't be too harsh :) Also, note that the animations are jagged because of video recording frame rate, not because it is that slow in reality. There are still a blog post pending about it.. which i plan to finish when i will finish ;) -- Best regards, Igor Stasenko.

apparently this is about even delivery mechanism and/or with interrupt handling. but i cannot say any more details, because i have no idea how this is handled on ipad (and it is handled differently for sure, than on other platforms) On 19 April 2012 15:52, Hilaire Fernandes <hilaire.fernandes(a)edu.ge.ch> wrote: > Le 19/04/2012 13:52, Stéphane Ducasse a écrit : >> No. >> Do you have a case? >> > > Not really, it is just that some time, tapping on a button may just not > respond. > Dimitry reported me it was not occuring with Squeak 3.9, but I have not > tested it myself. > > At first I though it may be related to the theme I use for DrGeo, but > Dimitry noted the same issue with bare bone Pharo. > > Hilaire > > -- > Dr. Geo -- http://www.drgeo.eu > > -- Best regards, Igor Stasenko.
