I told Camillo more os less the same :) 'ls -la' systemTo: [ :stream | ]. "piped" 'ls -la>z' system. "non piped" can do the work perfectly... don't need to crapy syntax to have the same power. Being able to do something like: '$myvar \n' seems more needed for me (also with some regexp there). We will now need some way to differentiate (slice name? separate issues for 1.4 and 2.0?)... Most pressingly, the slice for 6084 needs to go into 1.4 Summer and will not be able to be tagged FixReviewNeeded without being harassed by our monkey, and get reviewed before the release... will someone please review it... http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=6084#c7 Thanks, Sean -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/That-crazy-monkey-tp4637352p4637375.html Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

Thank you for your attention :) Indeed, there was a bug with the "blocked on" which was interpreted as the issue id. The monkey took issue 6084 (which is FixReviewNeeded), but return the issue numbered 6091 because of a bug in the parsing :) Now it should be fixed ^^ Thanks again, Ben & Cami On Jun 29, 2012, at 6:32 PM, Sean P. But the real fun begins with `ls #{rubyVariable}`, which is pretty darn readable and succinct (of course at the price of more syntax... the ruby way). -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/pharo-monkey-issue-updater-tp4637322p4637346.html Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
