But i do not argue about what is the be best deployment scenario. I am arguing about leaving developers to choose: - if (s)he wants to deploy with tests or not, it should be up to him. Technocracy is not better than any other totalitarian forms of government. Because it ignores the needs of individual (for the good of ephemeral "majority", of course). -- Best regards, Igor Stasenko.

Pharo uses Cog. This is work on making Cog support Wayland. Wayland might well end up replacing X. You don't think that's relevant to Pharo? >From my experience as python coder, numpy is probably the most popular python library. Even if you are not mathematician the ability to accelerate code without porting your code to C is hard to resist. I could even see this project becoming part of the standard Pharo distribution as Nativeboost has. Extremely useful stuff, I am no mentor but I will definitely keep a close eye on this one. Women can be extremely good coders ( I had some relevant experience) so I am sure she will do fine and we certainly need to make them feel welcomed and as equals. -- View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/Pharo-dev-Vote-for-GSOC-project-SciSmalltalk-tp468955… Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
