Pharo World menu -> Monticello Browser Then on the right hand side, you will have a list of repositories. Select âPharo30Inboxâ and click âOpen" Ben On 07 Jan 2014, at 10:55, kmo <voxkmp(a)gmail.com> wrote: > Turning Free type on or off has no effect. > > The font is Bitmap DejaVu Sans Regular 9. > > Not sure where to find MCBrowser and open âPharo30Inboxâ > > - Ken > > > > > -- > View this message in context: http://forum.world.st/BUG-Pharo-3-LabelModel-emphasis-does-not-work-in-Linu… > Sent from the Pharo Smalltalk Developers mailing list archive at Nabble.com. >

Turning Free type on or off has no effect. The font is Bitmap DejaVu Sans Regular 9. Can you tell us which font you are using ? Can you test to go in settings/Appearance and tick/untick "Use free typeâ¦â If you go In MCBrowser and open âPharo30Inboxâ do you see some bold lines ? 2014/1/7 Guillermo Polito <guillermopolito(a)gmail.com>: > Maybe widgets should delegate to the theme the rendering? That's what I proposed a few mails ago to Stef. But you'll end up with a parallel hierarchy for each theme, with a class for each widget rendered. It is better than having everything coupled in the widget itself, but somehow it smells bad to me. There MUST BE another solution. Esteban A. Maringolo

BUG Pharo 3 LabelModel emphasis does not work in Linux

by kmo

Hi - I've logged this bug (12584). No value for emphasis has any effect on the display of LabelModel text. For example emphasis:2 does not make the text italic. have only tried this on Linux (ubuntu 13.10).
