Or native bindings to Direct-X etc. So in my eyes Rome could be a way to migrate off of the current inconsistent Canvas zoo onto something consistent and extensible. [Pharo-project] What are the ERROR messages in the Transcript Window in 10243?

Maybe I just wasn't able to follow the conversation properly, but if you open a Transcript in 10243 (dev) and, say, search for the class "Morph," you will get: ERROR: Morph class>>overridesSelectors ERROR: Morph class>>superSenderSelectors ERROR: Morph class>>conflictsSelectors ERROR: Morph class>>overridesSelectors ERROR: Morph class>>superSenderSelectors ERROR: Morph class>>conflictsSelectors In fact, anytime you do anything (save a method, etc...), it seems you get these messages, and yet things seem to be working. Will become quite tricky to maintain compatability with both Squeak and Pharo. Perhaps you (all) could describe the state of affairs that would be preferred for Pharo and I'll have a think. If (as previously requested) a list of problem methods can be collated (those that conflict with Squeak due to removals in Pharo) then I should be able to split things into separate packages. That will help with some things though tricky with overrides since they will need to be unloadable in Squeak at least. An override merely indicates to MC that upon unload a previous version should be reinstated.
