If i'll implement it and publish it. Not that I know. That's certainly a good idea, however I am not sure if RB can help you to highlight. RBParser stops parsing when there is an error, something you don't want to do when highlighting. Also for highlighting you typically are not able/do not want to build an AST beforehand, so RBProgramNodeVisitor is kind of useless. AFAIK in VW the RBHighlighter is implemented as a completely new parser. In Helvetia I use a PetitParser grammar that I "subclasses" to build an AST identical to the RBParser. For syntax highlighting I take the first-class Smalltalk grammar and programmatically transform it to be less strict about errors. Furthermore I attach actions that add the formatting to the parsed text as a side-effect. Great Lukas, thank you! I would like to minimize the preconditions of Gaucho. To continue in that front, since i'm using NewTextMorph , i would like to remove also the dependency to SHOUT. To continue in this front , is was thinking to get rid of the SHOUT parser and styler by reusing the already present RB, by subclassing the already present RBProgramNodeVisitor, such as RBFormatter, in order to implement a RBCodeStyler. Are you aware if this has been done already? If i'll implement it and publish it. Fernando pd: Will let you know when i run into other methods to i think need to be moved. [Pharo-project] Ob extensions to Refactoring engine?

Lukas do you think it would worth it to change the category of several methods, from extensions to OB to the refactoring engine itself. For example in my case i don't need OB at all, but are forced to load just because this extensions are goodies i've need when using the refactoring engine. For example BrowserEnvironment>>allNonMetaClasses from the category *ob-refactory-accessing Maybe it's an sign that these belong to the refactoring engine package, the model, and not Ob, the view. Pharo-1.0.zip already had a PharoV10.sources within it, so I used the one from PharoV10.sources.zip I see these files in the same directory: Pharo-1.0.image Pharo-1.0.changes PharoV10.sources I don't know what to do now, there are no instructions for running Pharo after those steps. --- I've done a lot of playing outside of the above steps, but I'm completely ignorant of how Pharo is installed (or compiled?) and run. [Pharo-project] ISSUE 1876

Hi , this issue is raising a DNU again , using a MAC. Anyone needed to override this behavior? Because i've need to be able to press CMD-Q, and CMD-W, which in Pharo1.0 i could, but in Pharo1.1 get handled as menu events and not normal keyboard events. Any ideas on how could i remove the host menu behavior? I don't know what executable it's referring to, so I'm trying Pharo.sh When I do, I get: could not find module vm-display-X11 I've done general searches as well as searches through the Pharo forum and mailing lists.
