I suggest to move the contributors page with pictures from About to Community and only list contributors but not users. About users of Pharo I want to know the company (btw, there's bombardier.com in the list now!) and if possible what they do, but I don't need to know how these people look like. Seeing the face of somebody is interesting if we discuss and work together. Johan, I think I understand. If I play this right, I might even score a mac mini out of it :) I'd shoot for laptop, but I'm really quite happy with my Toshiba: it's the one with a Vista sticker but makes African drum noises when it boots. However, I will be honest enough to point out that there are macs available on campus where I could test it :( Armed with shell script that I know works, I could set it up for him pretty quickly. We also have an idle machine that is more or less begging to start running the Lynx. Thanks! MacOS is a NetBSD in elegant disguise, so linux file names are OK. There is no /home though, it's called /Users so you will have to make a symlink. [Pharo-project] How do take action before a morph closes

Gary, all, My Polymorph-based image mask editing gizmo is taking shape. I easily set up a column of buttons to clear, save and toggle display of the mask. I had a pretty rough time making the toggle *work* but that was a logic error on my part. Next, I need to detect that a mask has been saved and apply it to a newly loaded image; I think I see how to do that. Another important feature would be to automatically save the mask rather than expecting the user to do that explicitly. How can I detect that the morph/panel is about to close and execute a command? If I wanted to do so, how could I detect that the mask has not been saved, and warn the user and/or veto closing the morph? For now I would be happy to just save the mask, but stopping something from closing will eventually arise. Bill
