I like it, but wonder if it should even appear above "-- all --". Possibly it should also remain in its original sort position in the list for consistency. I tried this out but the second entry cannot be selected, which seems strange. As there is a macro for OSPlatform current lineEnding (<n>) and one for CR (<r>) shouldnât there also be one for LF? E.g. in the Java String.format method %n is used for OSPlatform current lineEnding, \n for LF and \r for CR to cover all three cases. I don't see how using KISS would have any effect on this problem - the problem of setting the initial state of the generator. I also don't see how could KISS be implemented in Smalltalk efficiently. Hi, If I browse the Fuel's package I see the True and False classes but there is no extension of Fuel on those classes. If I browse Fuel from Monticello I see True and False on *Extensions but there is nothing. Hi, yesterday I was playing with this method and found something awkward. <n> macro is expanded to CR. I was expecting that expands to the line ending of the platform, or at least to LF. Anybody knows if this have some explanation? I'm tempted to change the <n> expansion to use OSPlatform current lineEnding , and add <r> as a valid macro expanding to CR. I think it's more consistent with the general use. What do you think? If there's consensus I would create an issue and provide a Slice with the changes and some test cases. Gabriel

Hi Ken, I have this very paper on my desk, printed out from (alas, much) earlier in the year. Anyone who has energy to address this would be very very welcome. Writing a concurrent incremental mark-sweep that handles ephemeron is the task. Making it function both in small bursts, e.g. after scavenging, and in its own thread is I think important; a non-threaded solution can be extremely efficient in certain contexts. issue #16806: basic inspector font

I was looking at this and it is easily fixed if we modify the method RubScrolledTextMorph>>beForSmalltalkScripting to change the font of the text area (as made in RubScrolledTextMorph>>beForSmalltalkCode). I think the font for Smalltalk scripting should be the same as the font for a Smalltalk code. Is there a reason why is not like that in Rubric?

The wiki entry says powersets have 2^n elements where n is the number of elements in the original set. 2^n grows exponentially fast: 2^5 = 35 2^10 = 1024 2^50 = 1125899906842624 2^100 = 1267650600228229401496703205376 So if it's added, bounding it to only support small collections is not a bad idea. 2^30 = 1,073,741,824, so 30 element collections are too big (with 1GB address space).
