[Pharo-project] upper vs. lower case

While trying out my new in-image filesystem to file-out my image I encounter strange things :) related to upper and lowercase names: - some classes have the same method category with different cases! - some testClasses have the same method with different cases I think this should be avoided if possible, what do you think?
