[Pharo-project] PipeableOSProcess under windows

Am I correct in the assumption that OSProcess does not properly use the Path env variable? I have MinGW installed and the Path variable is set up correctly, so I do bash --help in the CMD window, however something like `OSProcess waitForCommand: 'bash --help'` does not work. Is there a workaround for this issue?

For GNU Smalltalk we can simply interpret a NUL as the first byte of an UTF-32BE character, and convert it to UTF-8. It's really ugly, but with a suitable comment it can work. Paolo

Hi, I've done some coding in 2.0 this weekend and also seen strange behavior with protocols in Nautilus where all the methods of an object have their protocols shifted by one. I put methods in protocols A, B and C after a while I see the methods from A in B, from B in C and from C in A. I suspect it occurs after executing a refactoring but I've got no reproducible scenario yet.
