There are creative commons sounds here: http://soundbible.com/free-sound-effects-3.html but they should be converted to aiff In other hand, seems like a good way of trying if Fuel can transfer objects from Squeak to Pharo. How can I find the instances in squeak, to try? Make DeleteVisitor check through the parents between the root of the deleteAll and each file to be deleted, and skips the deletion if any of them are symlinks, signaling a resumable error. This is definitely inefficient, but... I'm very uncomfortable leaving the current behavior. I played around a bit, but I don't see a good way to handle this. #isSymlink makes it possible to identify symlinks (but not Mac aliases), and so not delete them, but I don't see a good hook in the deletion process. To begin with, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete a link without deleting the pointed to file. Apparently lacking this VM support, the best we can do is skip symlinked directories But besides that, DeleteVisitor relies on PostorderGuide to set up the traversal, and by the time it gets control back, the whole tree has already been pushed. I thought about something like "PostorderGuide show: aReference to: self skipping: [ :e | ... ]." [Pharo-project] about communication and collaboration

Dear Pharoers last january I visited another lab and I realised that the Pharo Team was not good at systematically telling what we were doing. I got quite frustrated by that situation, especially because we are working hard to build a better system. So we brainstormed when I came back and we want to apply the same ideas that what we do for our research team. For our research team every monday we get a simple mail that tell us to say to the others what we did and what we plan to do. Simple, easy. Then after people of the rmod team can discuss if they want more. We want to do the same with pharo. Often this is not that we are not doing things. Often we are doing boring, tedious stupid but $^%&&*^ important tasks and we want that you know it. In addition we want to share on what we are weekly working. So that you can be more engaged to join and collaborate with us. So we will launch an experience and see. For now we will send a notification every two weeks. the Pharo Team
