we should reafctor the code for changing the method's trailer (source pointer) to avoid using #become: at all. this won't deal with VM bug per se, but at least prevent it from triggering. [Pharo-project] Morphic View UI and Pharo Tabbed Pane IDE on Pharo 2.0

HI, Just started to use Pharo 2.0 and find it nice overall. The package loading time, is something I need to recheck, profile and see, but feel there is a lag. Few other minor issues, nothing major so far. Smooth integration of the work I had done in 1.4: Pharo Morphic View and Pharo Tabbed Pane IDE. [Pharo-project] ImageDirectory DirectoryDoesNotExist

Several times in #20567, I've been working for a while, and then all of a sudden: - I lose my temp names - Clicking on Packages in Nautilis -> ImageDirectory DirectoryDoesNotExist - Image save -> Error: Failed to write image file (disk full?) I wasn't doing anything unique at these times that I can point to... Is anyone else experiencing this? [Pharo-project] Weird red crossed rectangle with Spec on Refactoring ... accessors

In #20571... Windows PharoVM I tried to do a Refactor .. accessors. then I got the spec related message with model: ... as reported before. Ben told me that it was something with WidgetBuilt class missing. All right, WidgetBuilt thing needed in the image for Spec (don't know why it isn't there but still, I only do system updates). Now, I went to Monticello, and saw Spec from Markus.88 which I browsed and it contained the WidgetBuilt. So, I merged it. And now, the feature works, but instead of having checkboxes for my accessor methods, I do get a red cross with nothing selectable. Is anyone having the same behavior in the image? Phil
