[Pharo-project] Form sliding causing VM segfault (Form>>slideFrom:to:nSteps:delay:)

remember the recent issue with form sliding? It strikes again.. i dragged my window outside of OS window bounds and then released the button.. i'm not sure if this a VM issue or image/side.. but i think VM has to be blamed, because it should do range checking before accepting requests for doing stupid operations, like blitting outside the buffer :) Luckily i were running debug version of VM and under debugger doing things completely unrelated to this :) Here some info about crash point: Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory. See WeakRegistry & friends. You can also use NBExternalResourceManager, which i added recently. Well, it does actually work, try (with latest Zn update): ZnClient new beOneShot; url: 'http://caretaker.wolf359.be/small.html'; setIfModifiedSince: Date yesterday; downloadTo: '/tmp/'. ZnClient new beOneShot; url: 'http://caretaker.wolf359.be/small.html'; setIfModifiedSince: DateAndTime unixEpoch; downloadTo: '/tmp/'. I guess you'll want to take the reference date from the previously saved file, but that is an exercise left to the reader ;-) The first will return false (and does no download), the second will return true (and does the download). Of course, the server has to honor the protocol (here Apache does). The reason this works, is because a 304 is not classified as a success. you lost me.. what kind of slang you are talking about? there was a small project to translate vmmaker slang to native code, implemented by argentinian guys. but it is not related to nativeboost at all (except that it also using asmjit) , and AFAIK in a proof-of-concept state. [Pharo-project] Problem installing Native Boost

I obtained the NativeBoost VM for Mac OS X from: http://code.google.com/p/nativeboost/downloads/list and followed the instructions at: http://code.google.com/p/nativeboost/wiki/Installation However, when I evaluate: NBInstaller install. I get MNU: receiver of "project" is nil I'm pretty sure I can figure out a workaround for now, but I'd rather not do an install NB tutorial and just do a how-to-use video instead. Thanks.
