[Pharo-project] Preparing easy loading for Pharo 1.4.

I know it is late within the cycle - but it would be good if the small fix in http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5575 could be integrated into 1.4 image. This would allow for easy loading the stable package configs using the menu: "Tools" -> "ConfigurationBrowser" and right clicking on "Load configuration and stable version" @Stef: Note that "ConfigurationOfNewECompletion" does not work in 1.4. and should therefore not be in MetaRepoForPharo14.
