Yes, Do not emphasize on one or few keywords. Malleable is better than plastic (can be off putting for any environment conscious) Adopt the Pharo motto: "Pharo shall be one of the best enterprise platform in 3 years." Implicit and obvious is the message: It is the special, perfect platform for user to succeed / win 6 month roadmaps then align with this goal . Highlight end of cycle, the special and complete framework, features, that is making it a winnable proposition for the end user. If the end user wins, no matter what we say or do , it will hit big time. If the end users in larger numbers do not, no matter what we say or do it will remain an isolated island. Apple is an aggressive example. Microsoft with windows, VB or even c# or visual studio is an example of hitting the bottom rung of users with all tooling to make them win, irrespective of the intellectual argument for or against lot of what it does. Much simpler calling s.b. a troll than changing own behaviour!!! :-) You get old and unflexible, when you rather start to defend, refusing to see facts: "Its not me, who is responsible for the failing of the product in the market, i am working hard!!!!!" Always the same .... Tnx for the flowers! Ok, lets resume, what we did see from the Pharo team since Pharo 1.0, 15. April 2010: Much advanced code. Yes. But - what for? Any *important* app outside there? Dr.Geo ... any parametric CAD can do this! CMSBOX - pfffft! How many customers? Pharo - still unstable, unusable, no sponsors. Jitter? Hmmm... e.g. LUAJit *has* sponsors, *very* mighty sponsors, WoW, Wikipedia ... and it *ins* rock stable, portable to 32bit, 64bit Intel, PPC *and* ARM!!! One man show, b.t.w.!! Like Elliot Miranda with COGVM! You will debug Pharo/Squeak until your 90 years old, because you (the Pharo team) is not able to address bugs systematically. This is fact! Look e.g. at LUAJit. Stable, used by estimated 10 mio users of WORLD OF WARCRAFT, Wikipedia, portable, rockstable. Pharo???? Unstable, nobody uses it, academic brainfuck. And Dr. Geo will soon be implemented in JavaScript, i think, the better solution, other apps will disappear soon, like CMSBOX, ... doom!
