It used to be part of OmniBrowser, but I removed it a long time ago because - it broke due to changes in Pharo, - it had not a single test case, and - nobody bothered to fix it (check the mailing-list). Ok...it seems that doesn't exist on Pharo, but only in PharoCore. Since I don't use PharoCore, I haven't seen it before. Maybe it is also in Pharo but I cannot find it.
