[Pharo-project] Hanging jobs on Hudson

There is a job which all the time hangs forever.. https://pharo-ic.lille.inria.fr/hudson/job/ReportPharoTools12/ which blocks the slave from doing anything else. See #4075 it makes sure that no matter what current UI manager you using (running image headless or not) a system startup (all classes startup) is _always_ performed using non-interactive UI manager. however, in the core image doesn't happend. And changing the Browser of the core image in the dev, has the same problem. So it doesn't seem related to OB.... The "gulty" seems to be shout....if you take a PharoCore and you load shout, you get such problem.
