The characters that form a substring are contiguous. "heat" is a substring of "theater", as is "the" and "ate". "tear" is not a substring is not a substring. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.string.substring.aspx http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/jsref_substring.asp Call it a 'feature' if you insist, but don't call it a substring. Personally it may as well be an anagram.

Levente, The image will not load at all. It simply dies with "Segmentation fault" - NOTHING else happens. gdb is maybe a possibility, but it is not an approach I ordinarily take, so some guidance would be helpful. I have a reproducible crash, but poor access to the affected box. If the UUIDPlugin was built as an external library, just delete it and you will probably be good to go.
