...and if you want to try and make the UUIDPlugin internal you need to edit unixbuild/bld/plugins.int & unixbuild/bld/plugins.ext to move it from external to internal, then (if you've already configured) make reallyclean and repeat the configure step before making. [Pharo-project] birthday party: who is coming?

Hi guys I will need to know who is coming. I told noury and luc so far that I will invite them later because else we will be too many. The idea is that we will have a buffet or something like that during lunch the saturday and play games, listen music.... the afternoon. Else if you want an idea for a simple gift.... Hi. So....if I want to intercept ALL message sends....going to #normalSend is not enough since I have #class, #==, Float>>#+ etc that are executed directly like bytecodes. So...my questions are now: 1) Those special selectors are those that are in "Smalltalk specialSelectors" ? are there more? all from there are special? 2) All those "Smalltalk specialSelectors" have their associated bytecode primitive in Interpreter?? If true, then I should modify all bytecodePrim* in Interpreter. I am right? If I do that, that's all ? I am intercepting everything? Loading the the GemStone FastCGI package is unlikely to work. You can try to load the Squeak FastCGI package [1] but that seems to have some underscore assignments. [Pharo-project] TextConstants

Hi, I noticed that this PoolDictinary is not implemented like the others that are based on SharedPool. I made some research in this the mailing list (and in Squeak), and the only explanation I found is that it is a risky and time consuming task to change the implementation of TextConstant. I would like to do a spike trying to implemented the change and see what I find. Has anyone tried to perform this change? Do you have any warning/suggestion? Regards, Saludos! A little of progress... I fixed the underscores assignments, and Preferences references. I built a first metacello configuration to download this package: *Gofer it squeaksource:'MetacelloRepository'; package:'ConfigurationOfSoapOpera'; load ConfigurationOfSoapOpera project lastVersion load * It depends on ConfigurationOfKomHttpServer (Komanche). I will enhance it in the future to make it depend in the Xml parser in XMLSupport. By now, in my 1.2 core image the tests are: 134 run, 121 passes, 0 expected failures, 2 failures, 11 errors, 0 unexpected passes.
