Just briefly... I'd keep the base numbers simple while leaving the door open for optional, loadable packages to extend comparisons as necessary. IMO, matching the capabilities of C (integers, floating point) plus fractions should be sufficient for a base system. If not, there is the risk of creeping featurism. Not long ago, Ralph Johnson pointed out to a 1998 presentation by Guy L Steele regarding the design of the Java language, and GLS makes good points regarding the need to prevent the definition of a "language" or its "default shipping offer" from offering more than necessary. [Pharo-project] Problem with new Inspector

Hi folks: I have a problem with the new inspector. To reproduce: 1) Go to a workspace. 2) Type ScriptLoader or any other class and inspect it. 3) If I want to sends messages to THAT object, it seems the place to do it is in the pane that is above on the right. Is this correct? The problem is that there the right button doesn't work. So, I can only use shortcuts. This is not good for newbie people. In addition, not all the commands are accessible by a shortcut. Any has the same problem? If so, I will open a bug ticket. Best, Mariano

OK, here is a strict version. Complex>>< only compares numbers on the real or imaginal axis and throws an "incomparable" error otherwise. The ComplexTest>>textCompare checks obvious cases. Is this version (more) acceptable? As usual, please feel free to correct (or send me corrections) for better coding style (e.g a shorter/better error message) as well as any dumbness on my part.
