[Pharo-project] PositionableStream and uintXXX

I'm try to launch FastCGI for Seaside. And there is a question. >From socket stream reads some byte sequence which wraped by ReadStream on which reading operations is continued. In some place called unit24 message, which sends bitShift: message. But from stream returned not an Integer but Character, which dosnt have an bitShift: method. What i'm missed? is there should be special calls to made stream binary?

[Pharo-project] generic completion

Hi, I would need a generic completion mechanism that can be used for any text and that I can configure. I took a brief look at the EC model, but it looks like it is geared towards code. Does anyone have an example for using EC, or similar, to handle generic completion?
