Sorry if I seemed too harsh, if there was not a direct miss-spelling, I would've kept my mouth on leash. But ... And then I checked for some "authoritative source", in the name of consistency (multiple variants in one conference?). Should've probably just said I consider it rude & unprofessional , but oftentimes my cheekiness gets the better of me.
