I'm happy to wait, precisely because it is VERY easy to make a mess of things by copying files into unfamiliar folders - that's why I asked :)   Take your time, and THANKS to all who bring us the CI servers!

We need to provide the right setup out of the box.

This "dowload that vm there, but change this and take into account that" never work and will never work.

We will get there...
