I choose the newest stable image and launched it.

A post mortem screen pops up (see attachment). Since I just started with Pharo Smalltalk, i can only guess, that something with the “TFFIBackend” (whatever that is… ;) ) failed and Pharo stopped working.

How can I fix that problem?
