I migrated the FAQ to the pharo book.

I've added a few comments where corrections / verifications are needed that I couldn't do myself. There are also some formatting issues (tabs are converted to spaces which are used as indents so some code is indented quite a bit more compared to other code).

Since the "hard work" is now done, this is a call to everyone to please take a look at the FAQ and update it. Some of the stuff in there is really outdated.
