I use this script to install and start server:

Metacello new
�� �� configuration: 'Seaside3';
�� �� repository:
'http://www.smalltalkhub.com/mc/Seaside/MetacelloConfigurations/main';
�� �� version: '3.2.0';
�� �� load.

server := ZnZincServerAdaptor startOn: 8080

You probably want to refer to #'release3.2' as the version though
(as that gives you 3.2.1, and will receive bugfixes)
