I figured it out (at least in part)

�� configuration := PRPillarConfiguration new.

�� configuration outputType: PRMarkdownWriter.

�� export:=PRExportPhase new .

�� export executeOn:

�� (PRCompilationContext withDocument: document withConfiguration: configuration)

This code snipped generates a Json file which contains the markdown... how do I generate just the markdown?
