many little pharo improvements: - configuration command line supports merging now - speed improvement when dragging window morph with shadow - prototype working for live system time changes - asmjit refactoring almost complete
### What's next, until 2013-09-30 (*):
- fixing some more pharo bugs - new and shiny x86 asmjit with 500 separate instruction classes ;)
